While American platforms have bolted on GDPR compliance after the fact, Euromailing was designed from the ground up with the GDPR as its starting point. Every architectural decision was made with privacy in mind.
Privacy features
Immutable consent log
Every consent action is recorded with IP address, user agent, source URL and timestamp. These logs are immutable — they cannot be modified or deleted.
Automated DSAR handling
Requests for access or deletion of personal data are automatically processed via our DSAR service.
Right to be forgotten
Contact data is completely erased. A SHA-256 hash of the email address is retained on the suppression list to prevent unwanted re-registration.
Audit trail
All changes to contacts, campaigns and settings are logged with actor, IP address and timestamp.
EU hosting
All your data is stored on servers in the Netherlands at TransIP. Nothing leaves the European Union.
