Frequently asked questions
How does the trial month work?
You get 30 days of everything in Business, no credit card: inbound mail, AI, your whole team and the API. Outbound mail is capped at 500 messages that month so spammers cannot abuse the platform. After 30 days your mailbox stays readable; sending and forwarding switch back on as soon as you choose a plan.
Do I pay per seat?
No. Every plan includes a fixed number of team members, and AI agents working through the API do not count. An extra inbound domain costs €10 a month.
Which AI do I use?
Your own. Connect a key from the provider you choose, or a local model that speaks the same API. You pay the AI provider directly, with no markup from us.
Why do I pay per email?
With other platforms you pay for every contact — even if they've unsubscribed or you never email them. With Euromailing you only pay for emails you actually send. It doesn't get fairer than that.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the additional features.
Am I locked into a contract?
No, all plans can be cancelled monthly. With annual subscriptions you get two months free.
What payment methods do you accept?
After your trial month you receive an invoice per month or per year, payable by bank transfer. Payment by iDEAL and direct debit is on its way.
